This is a painting installation that first exhibited inside a fitting room for “Space Intruders 2 : Me And You And All The Talk” exhibition at UNKL347, Bandung. Fitting room is a space where a conversation occurs between a customer and the store, and also a person with him/herself. There is always a mirror inside the fitting room that shows a reflection of someone in front of it to gain their self-confidence. That is a kind of conversation that leads to wider matters.

The elements that someone wears from head to toe can become a bridge to a conversation between that person and others. In this digital and social media era, those things can become a main matter in society. The conversations can show up not only in verbal but also visually and from unlimited distance. In this work, I invited the appreciators to “wear” my pixelated clothes and capture a self-portrait in front of the mirror then upload the picture to social media.
